How do I submit my pet’s photo?
You can upload your pet’s photo directly on the product page before adding your order to cart. Please make sure the photo is clear, well-lit, and shows your pet’s face for the best result.

How long does it take to create my portrait?
Our standard production time is approximately 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Digital portraits will be delivered via email once completed.
Physical orders will be dispatched after production.

What’s the difference between Digital and Framed?
Digital File: JPG delivered via email, ready for personal printing or sharing.
Framed Print: Printed and presented in a ready-to-hang frame.

Can I choose a custom theme?
Yes! You can select from our available themes or choose a Custom Theme option to create a unique concept based on your preferences.

Can I request changes to my portrait?
If you would like to provide additional notes or clarifications, please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.

Where do you ship?
Paw Gallery currently ships within Australia only. International shipping will be available soon.

I’m ordering in memory of my pet. Can you help?
We’re honoured to assist you in creating a gentle tribute for a beloved companion. Please include any special notes with your order, and we will treat your portrait with extra care.

Can I get a refund?
As each portrait is custom-made based on the photo and options you provide, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.
